Located in the heart of the Périgord countryside, in the charming village of Singleyrac, this fully renovated former stone wine cellar welcomes you to a peaceful and authentic setting. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it’s perfect for family getaways or trips with friends. The house features three separate sleeping areas, with two double beds and two single beds, as well as two bathrooms and bright, comfortable living spaces. You’ll love the character of the old architecture: exposed beams, spacious rooms, and tasteful decor blend harmoniously with modern comforts. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a large terrace overlooking the countryside and a pretty pond at the edge of the property. Enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, books, board games, a ping-pong table, and racket games for all ages. Bed linen and towels are provided, so you can travel light—just unpack and make the most of your stay. Parking is easy and available right in front of the house. To preserve the peace and quiet, events and parties are not allowed. Just 15 minutes from the beautiful English bastide of Eymet and 20 minutes from Bergerac, the famous town of Cyrano, this house is an excellent base for exploring the Dordogne: wine châteaux, charming villages, local markets, and many hiking trails starting from the house. Please note: there is an unfenced pond at the end of the garden and the grounds are shared with the owners.
